Returns & Replacements Policy

Defective or Damaged Items:
At DildoLab, we take immense pride in our quality control. We inspect every piece before it leaves our lab. However, in the rare event that an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact our concierge team at support@dildolab.com immediately.

You do not need to return the item. We will evaluate the issue and, upon validation, ship you a brand-new replacement immediately at no extra cost to you. Your satisfaction is our absolute priority.

Hygiene & Non-Returnable Items:
Due to the intimate nature of our products and strict health and safety regulations, all sales are final once the product packaging has been opened. We cannot accept returns on personal care goods for sanitary reasons.
